Question by Michael: Is it okay to use shaker bottle to mix milk and whey protein?
I know the shaker botttle is used to blend drinks with powder on the go. i am just using the bottle for home purpose to mix it with milk. is it ok to shake/mix it with milk using the shaker bottle? thanks!

Yes but I have found it doesnt work that well. I put in all of this powder and milk and it didnt do anything barely. Use a blender at home then take the drink with you in a lunch bag with someone thing to keep it cold in it like a ice pack . Thats what I have done a few times well with Myoplex though!!
