Question by chrisss: Have you ever had a pina colada with red syrup at the very bottom?
What is that syrup? I thought it was cherry syrup so when I made pina coladas I poured it at the bottom before the actual pina colada, but it all just got mixed up.. what is it, and how do I pour it?
Also, are pina coladas better with dark or light rum?

It was probably grenadine. It’s a red cherry flavored mixer that goes in a lot of drinks. If you want it to stay at the bottom I would guess you pour it into the glass and then pour the other drink slowly. but it will mix up if you stir as you drink and turn the whole thing pink.
