The Dessert Duo off the Alan Wong’s Restaurant 5-course Menu Tasting, consists of Coconut Tapioca, which is served with passion fruit sorbet and fresh fruits, and Chocolate "Crunch" Bars.

Alan Wong’s Restaurant, at 1857 South King Street, was opened on April 15, 1995 by Alan Wong, one of the twelve founding members of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. The 90-seat room, tucked away on the 3rd floor of a nondescript office building in Mo’ili’ili district, a glassed-in terrace and open kitchen. The innovative menu blends Hawaii’s diverse, ethnic flavors with the cuisine of the world and a focus on local ingredients.
