Many of us at one time or another have wanted to live forever, but the sad reality is that most of us can hardly plan a two week vacation, let alone keep ourselves busy during the weekend. But living forever is an intriguing thought in the esoteric sense perhaps but in the literal sense not quite.But I can assist you in leading a happier ,healthier life through food choices and exercise, notice I stated food choices not diet.Some would say a matter of semantics but I would beg to differ, none of us wants to voluntarily be on a diet whether we’re over weight or not, because diets give us the feeling that we are missing out on something and that feeling eventually builds up and causes us to fall off and drop the diet or go into a binge which begins or continues the never ending saga.

By making different food choices and different exercise choices , we can in fact look and feel as young as we desire from the very point that we begin this journey for our health.We’ve heard that we should eat healthy but it’s so much easier in our minds to simply grab what is convenient, so that pattern can continue but the choices should change from it’s easy to grab a burger ,to its easy to grab an apple, orange or a bunch of grapes.You decide which fruits and vegetables you can include in your meals and don’t be afraid to be flexible, you can juice your fruits and vegetables from time to time or take them both in salads or smoothies.Likewise it’s great to snack on nuts and grains but they to can be added to cereals and salads as well.Likewise with our 6-8 glasses of water can easily include tea,juices and fruits.

Granted its seems easier to sit on the couch and watch a good movie and channel surf than it is to step on the treadmill, a gazelle, stair stepper or stationery cycle while enjoying the same movie or channel surfing.And of course these choices can be loosened once our goals are achieved, if you don’t have the desire for viewing your tv entertainment in such a way for the rest of your life.

If your not into the traditional exercises or the joining of a gym,then go jogging , speed walking,rollerblading or swim a few laps in a pool or walk a few laps in the pool, use the pool weights or inflatables or if you enjoy watching tv ,then put on a exercise video and follow along, they have so many out there now from jazzercise to mma and boxing and everything in between.We do not need to be told how to exercise, the truth is everyone is different, what is key is to simply discover what you enjoy doing to exercise your body. From walking in the sand near the water or between the trees in the forest or among the cactus of the desert.

For then and only then will you reach your goals of staying and feeling younger. Your choices of food and exercise should be followed as closely as you choose the fuel for your car. You wouldn’t dream of putting diesel into your unleaded vehicle or pouring oil into your radiator,water into your oil fill cap,power steering fluid into your brake reservoir and you wouldn’t try to plug a 120 into a 220 socket, but at the same time it has been so easy for many of us to make unhealthy choices when it comes to our own bodies.Which at the very least deserve the same if not better treatment than our cars.So By following this style of thinking and action is how we begin to live a timeless life now.
