MEGA EMPACT
Event on 2018-06-30 11:00:00
Mega EMPACT   is a community outreach event. The purpose of Mega EMPACT is to empower and entertain attendees and to provide access to community resources that empower, mobilize, position, activate, commit and train citizens, and the community as a whole. The Mega EMPACT concept was inspired by MegaFest. which was founded by Megachurch pastor Bishop T.D. Jakes, pastor of the Potters House of Dallas. Likewise, Mega EMPACT is a collaboration of EMPACT International events that have been merged into one main event in an effort to provide the most memorable experience possible to event goers. Mega EMPACT is in no way affiliated with the MegaFest event, which is held annually in Dallas, TX. Support from the business, and political communities, along with key sponsors help us reach larger audiences and offer quality programs, resources and entertainment for the attendees, this is why working with community partners is so important to the success of the Mega EMPACT event. We understand that the only way to have a Mega EMPACT on our community is that we put our differences aside and come together as a community. The initials of Mega EMPACT are "ME". This should not be mistaken as a self-focused acronym but rather as a charge for personal commitment to working to improve the lives of our community as a whole and not just the neighborhoods we live in.  "ME" requires us to personally take responsibility, and action on a personal and corporate level for the overall welfare of the local and global community and to commit to coming together with our fellow community members to make a Mega EMPACT. This event is rapidly becoming a highly anticipated event and seeks to become a signature part of the Fayetteville-Cumberland County event landscape.    Everyone can experience Mega EMPACT regardless of disability, creed, nationality, or ethnicity.
