Question by Erica: How much apple juice should I use if a recipe calls for apple juice concentrate?
I don’t have any apple juice concentrate but I do have apple juice. The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of concentrate.

Look on the package of concentrate and see how much water it calls to be added.

For example if your concentrate says to mix 50/50 with water and the recipe calls for 1 tbsp of concentrate, then you would use 2 tbsp of juice, It would be the same as 1 cup of concentrate plus one cup of water.

probably just 2T. but its going to be bland.
If it says concentrate its because it doesn’t
call for too much liquid, but it does want the
apple flavor.So u have to make a decision,
bland or good flavor.

take 1/2 cup of apple juice and boil it down until it is syrupy and measure 2 tablespoons
