Question by chocmint52: When you mix milk and chocolate, some calcium is lost. Is there nutritional value in chocolate milk?
I can’t stand skim milk but I need calcium. So I mix Hershey’s syrup with skim milk. I figure I’m not getting fat that way. Now I heard, I’m not getting the nutritional value of the milk when I mix it with chocolate. How about chocolate pudding?

Get NesQuick Chocolate milk the fortify the powdered chocolate with calcium to help with that.
