Howdy y’all! Here the 16th episode of “The Chuckwagon Cowboy” cooking show. In this episode, I’m doing a recipe “Trilogy” culminating to a brand new recipe by yours truely! Here is part 3 of 3 of my “YEEHAW” delicious “Ron’s Stew Lasagna”. (Ingredients are below) With a running time of just around 10 minutes, this episode introduces the viewers to more insights about me and my cooking style, some “down home” banter and some good ole Southern/MIdwestern KISS (Keepin’ It Short & Simple) style comfort food. Ingredients: • 3 lbs ground beef or ground round • 1 medium onion, chopped • 5 lbs yellow potatoes, peeled, quartered and mashed • 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) butter • 1 cup beef broth • 4-5 cups brown gravy • 1 Tbsp vodka • 1 can green peas, drained • 1 lb pkg regular carrots, sliced • 1 package of long southern dumplings • 2 Tbsp (¼ cup) melted butter for drizzling over casserole For directions, please follow the instructions in the video!
