POISON – READ LABEL
Totally different alcohol. Beer is grain alcohol and rubbing alcohol is wood alcohol. ethyl and methyl
Rubbing alcohol is POISONOUS and will make you go blind if it does not kill you.

Last day with alcohol on the tube

Starting today, it is forbidden to drink on the tube and on buses, or to carry open containers of alcohol. Yesterday many parties were held on carriages of the Circle Line to celebrate the last day with alcohol on the tube. I saw several groups of people, some of them even in costumes, like this guy.

Depends on so many things:
Body mass
Gender
Contents of stomach
Strength of alcohol (eg light beer compared to overproof bourbon)
Environment
Mood
Tolerance
Experience
edit:
And probably the most important factor, how fast you drink
